CANCELLATION POLICY

We are always as accommodating as possible to assist our clients. We respect that your time is valuable, and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. If appointments are canceled or rescheduled at short notice, or if you do not attend an appointment, this means we are unable to re-use that time for other clients.

We understand that occasionally, appointment cancellation may be unavoidable. Our staff will try their best to reschedule your appointment, without causing an issue for our clinic operations, if it is possible.

However, if you wish to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we kindly request you to give us a minimum of 24 hours notice period.

Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
