Dr Sam listened patiently to my concerns and is detailed in explaining the different types of options I can chose for my concerns. Their numbing cream works fast and well- about 10-15min and I’m ready for the laser. Did  not experience any pain during the pico and curas laser. Within 30 min, I’m ready to go. This was my very first time to an aesthetic clinic. I was first greeted by very friendly and cheerful staff when I entered the clinic. Dr Sam attended to me and I must say I’m so pleased with the whole experience! He rightfully pointed out my key areas of concern, and was very patient in explaining in detail the options available for me to treat those concerns I have. I was always hesitant about visiting aesthetic clinics as I have the impression that aesthetic clinics are all about hard selling but I was proven wrong here. Dr Sam presented me the available options I have and asked for me to think through before deciding.

After careful consideration, I decided to go for all 3 laser treatments available (Pico laser, Q switch laser and CO2 laser) to tackle the pigmentation and dullness on my skin. The treatment process was absolutely pleasant - I was pretty nervous that the laser treatments would hurt but thankfully, Dr Sam was really skillful and professional that it didn’t even hurt a bit nor cause any discomfort. Love my experience here at Glowwis! Meeting Dr Sam and the clinic staffs for the first time and I felt super welcomed and comfortable. They are all very detailed and patient especially when I have alot of questions about my skin. I did a combi of Pico, Curas and CO2 lasers and there's no pain or discomfort at all. Another plus point is there's no hard selling and they are transparent with the pricings too! Can't wait for my freckles scabs to drop off and continue my treatment here! ?

Visited Dr Sam for Pico laser, curas laser and CO2 laser treatment. As it is my first time doing such treatment, he is meticulous in explaining the procedures and the after care. I felt very comfortable throughout the procedure as Dr Sam keep on assuring if I am feeling ok. The session is painless. Clinic staff are also friendly with great service.
