Purchases of any treatments, or treatment packages are NON – REFUNDABLE, however, can be transferred to alternative aesthetic treatments or a credit note within 7 days of purchase to offset payments for future invoices. The credit note will expire after 12 months, and 24 months for pregnancy. Credit notes for packages that have commenced will be calculated based on the unutilized treatments or treatment packages. Purchases of any products are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.

However, If there are any other reasons such as medical conditions, the prevent you from receiving aesthetic treatments permanently, we do consider your request to a refund upon submitting the necessary medical documents. The refund will be processed after charging a 15% administration fee to cover the expenses that we have already incurred in providing services to you.
