I had my HIFU + MFU + RF treatment at Glowwis Aesthetic for the first time. I was scared it would be painful but surprisingly the pain was very minimal. The therapist applied my treatment area with numbing cream before the treatment. After one session, my sagging skin on my chin felt tighter. My neck and cheeks were firmer. I had some redness, but it disappeared after next morning after I woke up (Which is about 16 hours after treatment). Dr. Sam and team did an amazing job. I trust Glowwis Aesthetic, especially Dr. Sam for my Juvelook collagen booster. I had my second treatment recently. One month after the first treatment I witnessed improvement in skin firmness, pores and fine wrinkles. During the first consultation, Dr. Sam advised on the best collagen skin booster for my skin concerns after assessing the skin. He took quite a while to address all my concerns and answer my questions which I appreciate, as I have previously experienced doctors rushing through the consultation.

I had acne breakouts very often in my teenage years, so I had some acne scars on my both cheeks.

Went for my appointment and met Dr. Sam at Glowwis Aesthetic couple of months ago for acne scar removal treatments.

He had a customised treatment plan for my acne scars consists of microneedle RF, Subcision and collagen boosters. I had to go through few sessions of treatments, and OMG! My acne scars started to flatten and lighten even before I finish my treatments! SO happy!!!

Worth every penny!

I did HIFU 3 in one treatment (HIFU + MFU + RF). There was a Dr. Consultation session before the treatment, and I felt very comfortable with Dr. Sam as he was listening to all my concerns attentively and educated me about the HIFU treatment in detail.

There was numbing cream applied before the treatment and the pain during the treatment was bearable to me. There was an immediate lifting on my face after the HIFU 3 in one treatment and I am happy with my experience at Glowwis.

I have visited this clinic at Capitol Mall in City Hall for their HIFU 3 in one treatment. I would rate the service of Dr. Sam and the staff high, because they all were helpful and taken good care of me during the time I was at Glowwis.

I realised that Dr. Sam is a very knowledgeable practitioner and I learnt how he generates noticeable results by customised techniques in placing HIFU shots on to different areas of the face and neck. The pain was tolerable during the procedure and MFU + RF had a zero-pain level. The staff applied numbing cream and waited for some time before the procedure.

There was mild redness after the procedure and was back to normal by the time I woke up the next morning. A mild soreness lasted for about a day also.

Was searching for aesthetic treatment for my freckles and found Dr Sam whose super skillful and detailed! it's my first time trying Curas laser and my second time trying Pico laser. The whole process from the detail skin analysis and the recommendation of the treatment was a breeze! Dr Sam assured me that my condition has no downtime which was lucky for me! The pain is nil to minimal for these treatments and I feel safe under Dr Sam's care. Love that there's zero hard sell which make the experience so much better. Would like to praise Kristabelle cos she's super friendly and approachable through my experience at Glowwis. Would definitely visit them again! This was my very first time to an aesthetic clinic. I was first greeted by very friendly and cheerful staff when I entered the clinic. Dr Sam attended to me and I must say I’m so pleased with the whole experience! He rightfully pointed out my key areas of concern, and was very patient in explaining in detail the options available for me to treat those concerns I have. I was always hesitant about visiting aesthetic clinics as I have the impression that aesthetic clinics are all about hard selling but I was proven wrong here. Dr Sam presented me the available options I have and asked for me to think through before deciding.

After careful consideration, I decided to go for all 3 laser treatments available (Pico laser, Q switch laser and CO2 laser) to tackle the pigmentation and dullness on my skin. The treatment process was absolutely pleasant - I was pretty nervous that the laser treatments would hurt but thankfully, Dr Sam was really skillful and professional that it didn’t even hurt a bit nor cause any discomfort.
